What we delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or anonymise the personal information linked to your account, including your name, work email address, and work contact telephone number, and we will deactivate your login credentials where applicable.

We may retain business and operational records that were created in the course of your work if your employer requires them for legal, regulatory, audit, or operational purposes. We may also retain certain information when required by law, to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Anonymised data that can no longer identify you may also be retained.
